Always had a passion for cooking which I ended up going to culinary school in West Palm Beach Florida at Florida Culinary Institute. Graduated and ended up coming back to New Jersey working mostly country clubs.

Margherita Pie

Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Basil, Olive Oil

Chicken Wings

Choice of Buffalo sauce or chimichurri.

Arugula Salad

Shave parm cheese, toasted pistachios, lemon and olive oil. 

Mix Green Salad

Tomato, carrot, cucumber, balsamic vinaigrette.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Mushrooms marinated in Marsala wine stuffed with sausage, sauteed onions and garlic, parmesan cheese, mascarpone cheese.

Jalapeno Poppers

Jalapenos stuffed with burrata cheese, wrapped in spec

Nutella Turnover

Nutella, pizza dough, powered sugar, for dessert 

Pigs in a Comforter

hot dogs wrapped in pizza dough.

Melody Salad

Chopped green olives, shredded carrots, tomatoes, chopped celery,  fresh parsley and basil, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.

$1,500 for 40 guests.

$800 for Pizza only.


Added guest is $30 per head. If party under 40 guests will work out a number with customer. 


There is a $500 deposit required to secure date, final payment will be due at event.


Our trailer is 14ft long by 8ft wide and we require A Leveled space to set up.

Using my pizza creations to be mobile allows me to bring the cravings we all need for a delicious pie. I want my technique, fresh toppings, and pizza to be a "cut above" and deliver a happy moment for those who need their pizza fix!
