My Journey
Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey. Ever since I was little kid my uncle used to take us to the park in Garret Mountain to play soccer and run around. Used to remember there was a silver food truck stationed there as well. Fast forward ended up moving to Florida for 8 years. Always had a passion for cooking which I ended up going to culinary school in West Palm Beach Florida at Florida Culinary Institute. Graduated and ended up coming back to New Jersey working mostly country clubs.
Then I wanted a pizza job which I landed a job working at S Egidio in Ridgewood NJ, where my passion for pizza deepened. Had a back injury at work and needed some surgery. Decided if I'm going to be breaking my back any further for money I'd prefer doing it for myself. That's when Azario's Pieoneer Truck was born.
Into the Food Truck Biz
Using my pizza creations to be mobile allows me to bring the cravings we all need for a delicious pie.
I want my technique, fresh toppings, and pizza to be a "cut above"
and delivery a happy moment for those who need their pizza fix!
